I was wondering why is it not water bathed… and I didn’t. That’s how my last cheesecake exploded. But since the flavor was so good. I’m trying it again today. So don’t forget to water bath your cheese cake y’all !

turned out great. I over cooked mine just a little I think. still turned out very delicious though. cooked an additional 7 minutes, wasn't quite sure about doneness. this recipe is very good.

Loved it. Light, creamy, delicious. I reduced the sugar and it didn’t affect the texture or diminish the superbness of this cheesecake
