This turned out great! I used Lawry’s Carne Asada seasoning on the Carne Assada meat sautéed in onion and minced garlic salt and pepper. Layered black beans simmered with garlic, onions and red bell pepper, salt and pepper. And then layered everything in the bowl as suggested, and topped off with Cafe Yumm sauce and pico de gallo. Delicious!
