- 6 oz. cream cheese (softened, make sure it's soft so that you can stir it in with ease)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- ground pepper
- chopped parsley (fresh, for garnish, optional)

My husband really enjoyed this! I thought it was delicious and easy to make! Great flavors! I didn't rice the cauliflower but chopped it into smaller pieces. Going to try it with broccoli this time.
