Turned out great. I have made this dish 2 ways. First time true to the recipe but after that I gave it go in my air fryer. I did everything the recipe called for except cook it in my air fryer at 350 degrees for 20 minutes turning 1/2 way through. This turned out fantastic. Crispy on the outside and tender within.

very messy but good. I substituted the mustard and chives with Mayo and Italian seasoning. Also after flatening the chicken I seasoned it before the spread.

This was a messy recipe to make. However the flavor of everything was really good. I would likely make this recipe again.

This was really good. I had to pound it out really well since my dad doesn't have many teeth left. I also made a mixture of melted butter, mustard, and honey and coated the chicken in it before rolling it up and coating it in bread crumbs. I've done that before with breaded chicken thighs and it gives just that little extra kick of flavor without being overwhelming. I also add a little grated parmesan and parsley to the bread crumbs. It paired really well with my oven roasted rosemary potatoes.

I cut the breasts in half. Makes plenty per serving even in half. Great taste and easy Recommended

Make sure to flatten the chicken breasts to make rolling up easier

I think we all agree, that this is really a simple dish to make, and it turns out quite fancy! Kids liked it as is, but I would say the chicken was a little on the bland side - definitely add some spices on the grown up pieces next time. Be generous with the ham and cheese!

Made this recipe tonight, absolutely delicious and so easy - I actually had all the ingredients on hand, so no extra trip to the store. A keeper!
