This was really good! Reminded me of chicken Marsala. I loved the cheese on top. Next time I would double the sauce and the mushrooms. Served over whole wheat egg noodles.

Excellent flavor. I added garlic and used a little less milk. Next time I’ll make it without the cheese on top

Family loved it. I had a bit more chicken so I made a small batch with medium cheddar instead of muenster cheese and both turned out great. Very tender and moist especially for breasts. I used the brown mushrooms and the flavor was not overpowering. Also seasoned with garlic powder in addition to the s/p. Served over pasta; hubby asked for rice next time.
Reminder for me to not use a ceramic pan; it doesn't brown the chicken as well. Overall, will definitely add this to the rotation. Great recipe, great flavor.

Great recipe! It reminds me of chicken masala. The recipe was easy to follow and most of the ingredients I had on hand already!
