    Excellent! Add coriander, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and fresh mint as one of the toppings for a more Vietnamese flavor. I don’t think using two whole onions is necessary, could do with just one.

    Turned out amazing! Definitely worth the time it takes to prepare and cook. It's now my go-to pho recipe! I'll definitely be making this again!
