I love Tinga Chicken, the lingering heat the Chipoltes leaves is divine! i would have gone for more chili's but this recipe was really good

Turned out amazing! Served with tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, green chilis, sour cream, queso fresca, ortega street taco sauce, and onions. Also made some street corn to go with. Huge hit with family. Will be making again!

Amazing! I cook it regularly and everyone that tries it, loves it. I add a little more adobo Chili’s than what’s called for in the recipe.

Family loved it! I modified by using an instant pot and cooking a whole chicken. It took about 30 minutes for the whole chicken in the instant pot. We will make this again!

This is my family’s new favorite meal! I usually put 6 chicken breasts for my family of 4 and we get leftovers for a few days. This recipe is so delicious and juicy! Other than adding extra chicken, I didn’t have to change it at all! It tastes great taco truck style with cilantro and onion on top or with some lettuce and queso fresco! I highly recommend this recipe, you won’t be disappointed.

I followed instructions but put the veggies in my crock pot and used an emersion blender, then added the browned chicken pieces and cooked 2 1/2 hours on high then shredded the chicken and cooked on low another hour. Spices were a little overpowering. I think next time I'll add just a touch less, or maybe only 1 chipotle. My kids had tacos, my picky eater son ate 3 tacos. I was surprised. I made keto enchiladas using turkey deli meat instead of tortillas. It was good but next time for the enchiladas I will thicken the sauce a bit first. I bet this sauce would make a great base for a chili. I think I'll save some, freeze it and try it later.

Turned out great. I made some Chicken Tinga Tostadas with some beans, Spanish rice, lettuce, salsa etc. on top.

This is a staple in our household now. I roast a few jalalenos with about half the seeds for some added spice. Thats all I had to modify and that is just spice preference.
