I lived in Okinawa, where they invenyer Yakisoba, and this recipe is spot on. I had to make a few substitutions for ingredients I didn’t have, like oyster sauce, but this is so flexible that it still turned out great the secret is the sauce and the Worcestershire gives it just the right note

It was okay, maybe I did something wrong

It’s also great with minced meat, or just veggies

Really good 💙 I substituted the chicken to beef. And put chopped chili to give it a bit of a kick

Great recipe! I’ve added broccoli and cauliflower, these are just the veggies that we usually eat. I didn’t use any ginger paste, and no spicy sauce at the end. It still turned out flavorful and my whole family enjoyed it!

Didn't use garlic or ginger paste I don't like ginger but it still turned out better than just some sauce already pre made. Next time I will try garlic chopped

I slowed cooked my chicken the day before in peanut sauce. Very good, everyone ate it, even picky kids.
