    This is really delicious. I followed the recipe as is and added a little diced jicama. Delish! I ate it over arugula salad but it is good alone as well!

    Tasty flavors - can mix a lot of different vegetables in this.

    Recipe is fabulous. I used 3 cans of chickpeas, because 3 cans equaled 4 cups. I also only put the juice of 2 limes. I would suggest starting with 2 limes and add additional to taste preference.
