- 1 1/2 cups chickpeas (or white beans, 1 can, drained and rinsed very well, 250g after draining)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup nut butter (choice, If you use peanut butter, it will have a slight pb cookie dough taste, so if you don't want this, try the Deep Dish Cookie Pie, unbaked. instead)
- 1/4 cup milk (choice, only if needed)
- sweetener (choice, see note below)
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (or sugar free chocolate chips)
- 3 Tbsp. oats (flaxmeal, or almond flour as needed to thicken)

Really easy. Only needed about 3 tablespoons of milk. Next time I will use Almond Butter, the peanut butter took over the yummy "plain" cookie dough taste I like best. I also made some cookie dough balls, put them in the freezer while I melted a little extra chocolate, then rolled the cookie dough balls around in it. I ate one or two right away and put the rest back in the freezer for a few minutes to solidify the chocolate before putting them in a container to store in the refrigerator to eat over the next few days. Yummy!

I used 1/3 cup of almond milk & 3 tsp of vanilla in with the chickpeas to get it to blend in my magic bullet and then added everything else
