Delicious! Served it over jasmine rice with naan bread and added diced tomatoes in the curry and it came out great. Love this recipe!

Simple and delicious. I used dried chick peas which I had cooked previously and had in the freezer. I also added a good handful of cherry tomatoes and cubes of frozen spinach in the last 5 minutes of cooking.

I added some steamed broccoli, bell pepper, used cannelloni beans instead of chickpeas, and a little more of a kick and this was amazing!

Turned out delicious. Only difference is I’ve used a full tsp of crushed chilies for more of a kick, sprinkled fresh cilantro on top and had it with basmati rice. It was easy to make and I’ll definitely make it again.

Excellent. Quite tasty and *very* easy. Did not use all of the coconut milk as it would have been too thin and we have no coconut flour. It was great.

So good!! Super easy and ingredients I had already in the kitchen. Wish it was a little spicier, doubled the red pepper flakes but will have to experiment to make it even spicier.
