Wonderful taste! Used boneless country style rib cut. I did have to add extra broth throughout the process or it would have dried up. But in the end just great!
Well, the reason I had issues on my 1st try was I didn’t cover the first simmer step!!!
2nd try just fine. I loved the Taste after the 2nd simmer with all the spices. Could’ve put it over rice right then. After adding all the chilies and purée the flavor became less. But still good!

Omg!! Delicious!!! I will be making this again I used canned pork, took grease off of it and fried it up with the onions till onions were tender, then added all the ingredients to it. Fantastic!!!

I make this again and again because it tastes good, I usually have most ingredients on hand, and it's easy. I make a "mild" version and us adults add more spice after 🌶

Very tasty and unexpectedly sweet... as well as deliciously hot. The fresh ingredients are totally necessary.

This is delicious! I made some changes though. I used 7 fresh anaheim peppers pulsed in a food processor and 2 fresh jalapenos (these jalapenos made it almost too spicy for me). I also had to buy the big can of enchilada sauce and just threw the whole thing in. And I used a 1qt container of chicken broth instead of the 14 oz can put the whole thing in as well. I also didnt cook it for 3 hours I think I clocked in right around 2.
