Love this! I’ve made it twice and it was perfect both times! The only changes I did was no oyster sauce it’s easy and full of flavor but not too much!

I marinated the chicken in soy sauce beforehand, I think I should have skipped because it was overpowering. I added ginger which was a good call. I’ll have to try it again, very easy recipe!

Awesome recipe
I added a little fresh ginger, scallions & carrots. Also, marinated the chicken in soy sauce for about 15 minutes. This was one of the best stir fry dinners we had!

Delish! All concerned thought it came out like our local take out place, which is high praise indeed. Easy to follow ... we just used a regular pan since our sorta wok-like one was too small.
