Tried 2 times. Neither batch baked all the way through even though I put the second batch in 9x13 pan instead of 9 inch. Both times was so doughy even after baking 45-50 minutes I cut them into bars and baked on a cookie sheet even more. Maybe drain the zucchini??? Great flavor though.

Really great recipe! Easy to make and lasts for a while in the fridge. Very healthy quick breakfast when you don't have the time in the morning to make something. I completely forgot the coconut milk but they still turned out great, looking forward to making these correctly the next time!
