It worked so perfectly because i cut off the top and filled the middle with chocolate! Yumm!

it came out very dry. I tried adding milk in but it didn't really help as I had to keep adding. would not recommend.

Here are a couple of adjustments that I made and I always get delicious brownie like cupcakes... I use 12 Tbsp butter instead of 11, I melt the butter a s the chocolate chips in the microwave (no one needs to fuss with a double boiler if they don’t have to) and I check them a few minutes before they should be “ready”. As long as there are no wet streaks on the toothpick, I pull those bad boys out. It’s a super easy recipe and people always rave bout it.

Recipe turned out great! Made a dozen with chocolate frosting and Ghirardelli for the bittersweet chocolate, definitely a yum!
