Cream and apple cider don’t go together well 😢
And reading other comments it’s Apple cider not Apple cider vinegar Which would Curdle the cream

This was awful! And apparently this site won't even let me leave a review.

The sauce was delicious. It went really well with the pork.

I don't know why, but I read "Apple Cider Vinegar" - NOT "Apple Cider!" Well, that won't work! So I used white wine.
The directions say to saute the garlic just after cooking the pork chops, but I found that quickly made a burnt mess that set off my smoke detector. I added the garlic just after the wine boiled off and also added some sliced mushrooms. When those were soft, I added the cream and Dijon.

I like all of the ingredients, so a figured this would be a no brained. It was mediocre.

Tasted great. I think next time I'll use a little less vinegar. I scraped the garlic out and threw shallots in before de-glazing with the vinegar. sauce could be a little thicker. Over all it was nice and my wife loved it. Thanks.

This was great! I'm new to cooking on gas so it's probably just me but I would cook the chops and then sauté the garlic just before making the sauce. My garlic burned!

I was a little worried about the garlic burning, but it worked out in the end. I also used regular Dijon mustard instead of whole grain, and it was a hit.

Good - I added raisins to the sauce and we loved it. Very quick & easy.
