It tastes super good, nice and fluffy. Only complaint is why is it called a coffee cake if there’s no coffee in it?

Turned out delicious! Only complaint is that the recipe will read…use “remaining” flour, sugar, etc. Why not just give the amount? I don’t like having to go back and do math trying to figure out how much flour I used earlier and what is remaining. Doesn’t make sense why it just wouldn’t state the amount needed in each step.

This was pretty good! I was SHOCKED at how much butter it called for but I made it exactly as everything called for EXCEPT the cinnamon extract because I don’t have that so I added a few tsp of coffee I had brewed (which in my opinion didn’t make a difference)! Anyway this was good but I was surprised that it wasn’t super sweet! I was worried it would be really overwhelming with sweetness but it wasn’t which I was pleasantly surprised! I feel like the topping could have used less flour maybe but otherwise I liked this recipe! Oh and my bake time was around 45 mins so it totally depends on your oven! The sour cream gave a good taste to the cake! The batter was delicious truly! This is a super fattening cake so I won’t make it often but I will make it again sometime!

Great flavour. I didn't have the cinnamon extract, so used a few tsp of coffee I had brewing. A little too much butter does make it a bit too crumbly to manage at work, def need a plate. Making it again next week.

I think this recipe is great. I did bake mine for an hour and 15 minutes and I feel it came out a hair dry but was cooked through. My spouse felt it wasn’t sweet enough 😳 Mind you, he has the worlds worst sweet tooth. I may make some modifications next time to try and make it at least a little healthier if I can.
