Directions
- 1. Cook bacon until crispy
- 2. For sandwich assembly toast 3 slices of bread and spread one side with mayonnaise
- 3. Layer lettuce, tomato and bacon between slices of bread
- 1. Cut into fourths like a club sandwich
- 2. Plate with kettle chips and a large pickle
