This was easy and yummy! I seasoned the meat with 1/2 tablespoon of cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder with a couple pinches of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and i added cilantro and the secret ingredient...chorizo! It was the bomb!!!

i thought it was very tasty. husband didnt like the hot sausage i used so rated it at 3.

not bad, the spicy sausage was alittle different for mostaccioli
