Ours never set up. I used a thermometer to know when it was ready it was liquid. Don’t know what I did wrong 😟

Tasted OK, but didn't have the right consistency of fudge. Also took a long time for a disappointing result.

It tastes amazing, but it wasn't fudge.
Fudge is supposed to be a chewy block you can sink your teeth into. This turned out being able to pull it apart in some places (more like brigadeiros), and grainy & hard in others (like cooled hot fudge sauce). It tasted very good, but in my experience, it was anything BUT fudge.

Turned out almost perfect but I think I boiled about 1-2 minutes too long as once it started to cool, it started to set up really quick. Better half said this was close to the recipe he had as a child. I used a 3 1/4 x 7 x 2 parchment-lined loaf pan (smaller than average-size loaf pan).

maybe i did it wrong 😂😂 but some of it is gooey and sticky and little chunks are like fudge is supposed to be?
