    Easy to make. Brown meat add veggies and liquid and then forget about it. Instead of 2 cups of beef broth I used 1 cup broth, 1 cup of red wine. Hubby took 2nds & 3rds.

    It was good! For the leftovers I added balsamic vinegar to being out the flavor of the meat more.
