I’ve made this several times. We don’t eat a lot of pork but when we do this is my go to recipe. I follow the recipe as it is written. The pork chops are always juicy and tasty!

This recipe will make you want to slap yo mama. The pork chop was juicer than a plum run over by a hearse. We’ll definitely keep this recipe. My wife asked if we can have it weekly.

Yummy, I modified it cause I didn't have buttermilk or self rising flour. I'll try again with the original recipe.

it turned out amazingly well. my husband loved it and so did I. my mom is allergic to pork so I did her up a chicken breast the same way and she loved it will definitely do this again

I used horseradish mustard instead of dijon. Turned out very well.
