I added buckwheat groats to the sauce to thicken it up in place of the rice. Really good.

I made this with chicken instead of shrimp. I added garlic and some garam masala, and spinach at the end with a bunch of cilantro. It definitely needed salt. Very good though!
To answer the question below about kind of coconut milk, there’s just regular or maybe low fat. Whatever comes in the can is good. I used regular coconut milk.
