This was a great recipe - seeing some of the comments regarding the egg quantity for 3 cups of corn, I increased to two separated eggs and it was more than enough.

Don't these recipes get tested before being posted? 1 tbsp of flour and 1 egg for 3 cups of corn? As someone else has implied, that's not enough.

Added some cornmeal and a little bit of honey to make extra sweet. They turned out amazing!

Had to add a little more flour and egg to get them to keep their shape, but otherwise it's a really simple recipe and turned out great.
