    Excellent, very fresh. I sautéed frozen corn, because it’s what I had, and I’m sure it would be even more delicious with fresh corn. Used some hot oil (spicy) with lemon juice for some zip. Serving with skinny taste green enchiladas. Great summer side. Could add shrimp or tuna to this to make a meal
