Very very good, used thin pork chops as that is what I had. Will make again

It was really good. Had enough sauce to have mashed potatoes with. Great flavor. Forget to get Dijon mustard and still was great without it!

It turned out amazing! The family absolutely loved it! I would recommend this dish to anyone. The pork was so tender and full of flavor and the gravy/sauce just sent it over the top

Turned out really well. the seasoning for the flour seemed lacking, so i added Tonys blackening seaaoning to it and 1 of teaspoons of paprika was smoked paprika. Also substituted 1/2 cup of chicken broth for beef bonw broth (because i generally do that with any gravy). i wiah the giided recipes had said to reserve the remaining flour mixture for later on the same page as the flour steps. I threw it out right after and ended up having to eyeball the season blend with 3 tablespoons of new flour. ooverall, ill keep this reci. with the mods. was a family hit!

meh, it was just ok. The cooking method and times did cook them to perfect temp and consistency though.

Was very tasty. We've been eating mostly fast during the pandemic and working from home. this dish reminded me why I like to cook! Used less butter, smaller chops, and a little more sour cream. Worked out well! will add it to the rotation. Maybe a splash of red wine next time!
