This is a winner. I only had powered milk so I added a 1/4 cup milk powder and used orange juice for the liquid. I used a 9 inch spring form pan and covered the bottom to prevent any leaking. Baking time was close to 70 minutes

Second time baking. Very easy to make and delicious. 1st time substituted yogurt for sour cream. Still delicious. its always fascinating seeing fresh cranberries turn out so delicious in a cake. This is now my favorite cranberry upside down cake.

Really delicious cake. I made a few edits because I didn't have sour cream in the house but besides that I kept the recipe as is . I substituted the sour cream for a combination of cream and orange juice. The cake came out fluffy, buttery, and well balanced in regards to sweetness . I will be baking this cake again.
