I thought this recipe was great-a little better than I expected to be honest. I wanted a creamy brussel sprout slaw rather than an oil based dressing & this was great. I used peppita seeds instead of pumpkin. Could be good w/ bacon or maybe some apple cider vinegar. Yummy!
