Pretty darn tasty! A little heat. I only put 3 teaspoons of the Cajun spice and added garlic instead of green onions. But smells delicious and sample was very good. Let’s see if the teenager likes it

Turned out great!! I had to use evaporated milk with a tablespoon of cornstarch because I didn’t have heavy cream but it still turned out super tasty and flavorful

This is one of the best recipes ever!!! I actually put in more Cajun seasoning than it calls for. I don’t measure the Cajun seasoning, I just season it up a lot. I have made it exactly as is in the recipe as well and it is still very delicious!! Sometimes I double the cream and add a jar of alfredo sauce to make more sauce so we have leftovers. You just need to let the sauce simmer well, stirring often, and it will thicken up. I also usually leave the noodles separate. We dish the sauce on top of the noodles on our own individual plates. This is an amazing recipe!

Easy and turned out so good. Can’t wait to make this again! I cut the chicken breast into strips and put them in the air fryer for 10 min, then on the pan.

This is a pretty good starting point for a Cajun chicken pasta.
My Cajun seasoning consisted of: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and cayenne. I cooked a couple pieces of bacon in a cast iron. Once finished, I removed it and chopped it up to be a topping on each plate. I then tossed the chicken in a bowl so it would get an even coat of seasoning. After it was done cooking in the same pan as the bacon was cooked in, I chopped up a little Anaheim pepper and sautéed it in with the chicken and tossed it up a bit so the seasoning really soaked into the peppers. Then I added the green onions, sun dried tomatoes and everything else. I reserved a couple tablespoons of the pasta water and added it to the pan for extra richness and creaminess. When everything was mixed up nice and good, I transferred the pasta into the pan and mixed everything up in the pan. I let it sit for a few mins on super low heat while I baked garlic bread. I plated the food, putting bacon bits, shaved parmigiana, and fresh parsley on top! It was delicious! (I forgot the bacon bits when I took this photo, but don’t worry, I put them on when I remembered)

Amazing! I doubled the sauce recipe just bc I like my pasta to be saucy and I use alot of cajun seasoning just bc i love it so much, I also added grated parmesan cheese to the sauce, about 1/4c and I also added about a 1/4tsp cayenne pepper to add a little spice. Definitely one of my favorite meals!

Creamy and delicious! Didn’t have sun dried tomatoes, but used a sun dried tomato paste and it worked. Used a bit of smoked paprika and we loved it! Also added a bit of fresh grated Parmesan for a final garnish. Will definitely make again.

The family all enjoyed this dish. I doubled the recipe to accommodate my family and I slightly tweaked the recipe. I added sliced garlic and 1 thinly sliced green bell pepper. I stirred in some parsley. And I did add pasta water in along with the pasta at the end along with 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese. It was a good meal. Quick & easy too.

It’s so good! It’s one of my kids favorite dishes. I use a sundried tomato pesto that’s amazing. Also, added a little spinach to make it a bit healthier.

This is SOOOO good! I didn't really "measure" any of the spices, just kind of threw them in and eye balled it, and it came out fantastic! I added just a little bit of milk at the end to lighten up the sauce and added a bit more pepper and my husband LOVED it. Will definitely make this again!

This is fantastic! I used fresh basil though and garnished with some as well! I also added mushrooms and shrimp! I think it was the best pasta dish that I've ever had!
