Sooo good! I added a little brown sugar when adding the garlic. it brought a little sweetness to the dish. Everyone belonged to the 'clean plate club' tonight!

This was really good. I particularly loved the creamy spinach. I 1) floured the fish directly 2) doubled the garlic 3) used white cooking wine (I was unsure but it wasn’t too sweet) 4) used the tiny frozen shrimp; since it’s not supposed to be thawed I just lightly cooked the water out in separate pan and added it to the main very briefly before serving 5) used more spinach based on how this photo looks. Served with basmati rice (w/cardamom and saffron butter). If I make it again i would want to boost the flavor and try it with a better spice source as this red pepper flake wasn’t even detectable. I will experiment with the extra cream and spinach I have. It’s truly a restaurant tier meal regardless or minor tweaks.

Delicious. My six and three-year-old girls loved it. We were in kind of a salmon rut and this recipe helped get us out. Here’s what we used: 1) both salmon and shrimp, (2) Pinot Grigio for the wine, (3) a tsp of all purpose flour in the pan with oil to sear the salmon. (Using the flour gave the salmon a crispier texture, which I prefer), (4) and shallots in place of an onion. This all came together beautifully into a symphony of flavor served over basmati rice.

Restaurant quality for sure! I used mafaldi pasta and incorporated that last minute into sauce. Made sure to get a great sear on the salmon. It’s as beautiful to look at as it is unforgettable on the palette! It’s a keeper for sure!

Didn’t have any shrimp so I just used salmon, but it was delicious. My 10 year old son said it’s a keeper. Maybe ease up on the red pepper flakes if you want less of a kick.

It turned out nicely, I used zucchini instead of spinach and due to a special diet in the house I used garlic infused oil and garlic scrap. Not as garlicky as I like but it works for the Fodmap diet my daughter has to be on.

Excellent! Everyone loved it. Didn’t have salmon, so only used shrimp and served over rice. Really want to try again with both salmon and shrimp next time.

This is my new favorite recipe for salmon, omitted the shrimp, as I not a fan. I do agree the recipe didn’t say if the onion needed chopped or sliced, but still turned out yummy! It’s a 10 for me!

So delicious! Increased the amount of Parmesan to about 3/4 cup and added mushrooms in with the salmon at the end and it turned out wonderfully. Will definitely make again, and will probably decrease the amount of red pepper flakes. But overall a wonderfully delicious dish and very simple to make.

Four salmon fillets. Substituted la crema supremo for the parmesan and a light alfredo sauce. I also added grape tomatoes and omitted the shrimp.
