I’ve made the sauce part of this recipe several times. I add some Cajun seasoning to give a bit more kick. Love this recipe. Easy and quick! Great over cod with shrimp. Great with any kind of ravioli or pasta!

Great recipe to follow. I did what Jim suggested - added more spinach and cheese (at the end). My add was jumbo shrimp and portobello mushrooms. I cooked both separately and added at the end. I also used cheese ravioli and chicken for a friend who is allergic to shellfish, but followed these directions for both. Came out delish.

Amazing!!! Next time I’ll chop the spinach and add more than just a cup I also added more cheese who doesn’t love cheese???
