So delicious! Added a teaspoon of lime juice per serving and it became my most favorite easiest delicious soup ever!

I forgot and didn't put the tofu. Tasted great with carrots.

Nice and creamy, even without tofu (I substituted with 2 tbsp of wheat flour). Very comforting for those cold evenings.
