I was skeptical of the Cajun and cayenne with leftover turkey and strained drippings, but it worked! After tasting I actually added a little more Cajun. No additional salt was needed since I used salted butter and salted Cajun. I was asked to add corn. I usually add green onion at the end of my soups as well. My additions were not necessary, it was good without them. They are just preferences in our home. Keeper!

A good base - added some garlic early on, doubled the Cajun seasoning & added some red pepper flakes, also some green beans to increase veggies. A hit!

Fantastic! Definitely needed the seasoning doubled-at least. I had my turkey left over from Thanksgiving seasoned with thyme, garlic, oranges and lemon that set it off too. I also ended up adding salt as well. Soooo delicious with a side of cornbread.

Turned out great! I used Cajun seasoning with salt and it was just right.

This is a delicious soup. I added a fresh diced jalapeño that gave it just the right "BAM" of flavor.

Delicious. Had to make a few substitutions for digestive issues.

awesome. i used bone broth instead of turkey broth but it turned out great.
was only making it for myself because family doesn’t do well with new ideas but my daughter had three servings ( one that night and two the next day) and husband had two.
would definitely make again

l skipped the cajun will try it next time but the cayenne was great .. used cornstarch & shells for pasta , lt did not last the day went for seconds , was quite filling too. Quick & easy but most of all delicious!!! l'll definitely be making this regularly with left over turkey.
