i used a high powered food processor and the cheese came out a little gritty. i baked it, i highly recommend if someone bakes this in the future to fully mix the noodles and cheese before putting it in the oven. flavor was pretty good but needed more of every spice and also ground mustard.

I used 8 oz of elbow noodles and it was a perfect sauce ratio. The sauce was really good! Tossed in the over for 15 to let the macaroni soak in the cheese which was a nice touch 🤌

By far the best vegan Mac! Consistency was great! Flavor was amazing!! My children loved it too!

So yummy! My kids are fighting over who gets leftovers.

It was so good and easy :)

Love this! Multiplied everything by 1.5 to use the full box if macaroni. Covered the pasta with bread crumbs and nutritional yeast. Baked in oven at 350 for 5 minutes, then broiled until golden. Made it twice already, yum!

This is the best vegan mac and cheese recipe I've tried by far. The only adjustment i make is when boiling the veges, do it in some stock so they have more flavour.

Yum! Slightly more spices, yeast, roasted veggies instead and did 1 small Yukon and some cauliflower.

Great! Roughly doubled everything.didn’t use any milk. Seemed a bit heavy on yeast but still very good.

simple ingredients, easy to make, and yummy!

requires some finessing to make it taste like the idea of cheese sauce in your head but once you get it it's great! super tasty on everything and feels a little healthier :^)

BAD, I don’t want to make this again, ever.

Awesome! My non-vegan hubby said he loved it and the fact that he didn’t feel heavy and sick, as if it were made with cheese, made him love it better than the real thing! Score!

This recipe was amazing. My 6 year old LOVED it. Best mac and cheese I have ever had.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!!

Great! Needed a little more salt since we used whole wheat pasta which meant the sauce was a little washed out. Next time I would add some spinach, red pepper, and parsley to give it color and more crunch.

Surprisingly a great alternative to Mac n cheese. Some toasted breadcrumbs completed this dish

Pretty yum! Kinda reminded me of a pumpkin soupish taste on pasta, although I did use soy milk instead of coconut but it still turned out delicious! I put my pasta and sauce in a tray and sprinkled some shredded bio cheese on top in the oven for 18min @ 180 degrees.

Tasted good but I did add more nutritional yeast as it didn't have a lot of flavour

This was hands down the best Mac N Cheese I’ve ever had, vegan or not! Because I’m so extra, I sautéed some Field Roast smoked apple sage “sausage” with garlic and spinach to add to my delicious cheezy dish! This recipe has been added to favorites.

So creamy and tasty. The citric kick gives it a cheesy flavor. Took me back to childhood. Will be part of my repertoire

Love this recipe, very easy to make, doesn't take long and is very tasty. Have added broccoli to it as well 😋😋👍🏻

This was a really good sauce. I used it on a vegetable and pasta bake. it lIt was so delicious, I ate way too much of it

I have made this a few times, this time using all coconut milk instead and just a little splash of the veggie water, doubled the garlic and put a bit of extra lemon juice and nutritional yeast and it was soooooo good! I threw some turkey bacon in for my non vegan hubby and he was over the moon about it too! A must try!

Omg.... I made this last night and my non-vegan boyfriend who refuses to eat anything vegan, didn't realize it was not real mac and cheese and loved it!
This is delicious. The only thing I did different is use almond milk because that's what I had on hand.
I will be taking this to non-vegans parties for a reaction!
