I used coconut flour. Pan fried one side and then put tomatoes in air fryer on uncooked side for 15 min at 370! Perfecto! Used a nice dipping sauce and enjoyed as appetizer!

I guess I’m not a fried green tomato person they look amazing but I found them to have no flavour maybe if I used bigger tomatoes they would have turned out better too didn’t make the dip sorry but don’t like them

These taste so good! I love the cruchiness of the Panko bread crumbs and the spices give it a good flavor!

was super delicious added some extra spices and made a mayonnaise sauce to go with it. we will definitely make again

These were nice and crispy with good flavor. I added some buttermilk to the egg mixture to extend it and add a little more tang, and a little flour to the panko mixture, also to extend it as I did not have quite enough panko for the number of tomatoes I had sliced. Turned out quite yummy!

I have had or made Fried Green Tomatoes most of my life and these are by far the best I've ever had! They are light and crispy and easy to make. Definitely give them a try!
