I used the 3:2:1 rub and this was an easy and perfect recipe. I’d recommend this one as a go to.
The 3:2:1 is 3 parts pepper, 2 parts salt, and 1 part garlic powder.

I made this last night for dinner and the thighs were juicy and delicious. I sprinkled the thighs with salt, pepper, smokey paprika, cayenne, pat of butter, Parmesan cheese and then a little parsley toward the end for color. Thank you for the recipe, I had forgotten how much we enjoy bone in skin on thighs.

Easy recipe!!! I brushed a little BBQ sauce on at the end and the skin was crunchy and zesty. The whole family loved this chicken.

Fabulously delicious every time. I cooked it at 475 degrees in a conventional oven. I like to change up the seasoning from time to time.

This recipe is perfect! My boyfriend loves crispy chicken and he thought it was very tasty! This is my go to recipe for crispy chicken.
