Very delicious!! My chicken took longer because of the thickness but they were very juicy inside w/ a super crispy outside. 10 outta 10 would recommend

This was really delicous. I will be adding it to my rotation for sure. only change Inmade was seasoning the chicken before breading it.

It was okay, tasted bland, the chicken should be seasoned with some salt before coating. Everything fell off the chicken when I started to cook it so the butter is not the best binder. I would use egg instead next time. And definitely mix up butter with olive oil when cooking it.

It was Super Easy for me! I am 14 and a intermediate chef in the kitchen! My family loved it! I would make it again just with more seasonings! Thanks Yummly!!!!

The chicken was great and super moist! The zucchini was somewhat bland in terms of flavor. I think next time I’ll add corn and zucchini with Parmesan cheese

The recipe was good. Now as far as cook goes I tried the first 3 in my favorite non stick pan but everything wouldn’t stay on the actual chicken so the second 3 breast I had I put it in the air fryer and they came out perfect and so tender!!

Was pretty good. Perhaps too much butter and way too much of the dry ingredients for four small, thin breasts. Probably only needed half as much.

Made this in little bite size nuggets and my picky eater loved it. Will be making again! But will probably try to make with zucchini crisps

Easy and delicious - used a mix of butter and olive oil, reserved about half the breading mixture and tossed the zucchini in it

Didn't have Parmesan and forgot about any kind of Italian flavor, so I had to improvise. You simply can't go wrong with fried chicken and sautéed zucchini. Next time I'll make it as written and see if it earns that last star.

I used panko instead of Italian bread crumbs because that’s all that was available. So the chicken was kind of bland. I had to wash the pan before cooking the zucchini because of all the burnt bits. Zucchini was great! Next time will try egg instead of butter as a binder, and add some herbs to the breading mix.

delicious. I made half with a tomato sauce and mozzarella on top in a separate pan. However both versions where delicious.
i also coated some of the zucchini in the left over breadcrumb flour mix.

The chicken was delicious i used egg instead of so much butter. The zucchini didn’t turn out so great so next time i will make other vegetables and only do the chicken from this recipe

Flavor was outstanding. Added mushrooms to the zucchini. The only problem I had with it was the bread crumb crust would not stick for nothing. Perhaps butter is not the right binder. Maybe eggs? Other than that, it was a hit.

The parm cheese mixture did not stick well to the chicken for me, but the flavor was still good

I like it! I tenderized the chicken before cooking. The breadcrumb mixture adds a lot of flavor to bland chicken. I did not do the zucchini. I just steamed broccoli and had it on the side. . Still a delicious meal!

This was a crowd pleaser! We all loved it including my picky eater! Thin chicken breast is for sure the key. I thought I had chicken breast thin enough, but I clearly didn’t. It took a good while to cook it which started making the breading burn. Delicious though and will for sure make again!

So so good! I didn’t cut the chicken thin enough though so the crumbs got a little burnt. Easy and filling!
