We liked this a lot. Very easy to make. Had to improvise a little because I did not have all of the spices on hand. I did have a spice mix called carne asada. I used 1 tablespoon of that. Next time I’ll use more. I also left out the rice. I didn’t need to stretch the amount of filling. There was enough starch in the tortilla for me. That could be a either or thing.
