  • 1 1/2 tsp. rice syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Garam Masala
  • tofu (Crispy)
  • 300 grams tofu (medium to firm, Momen)
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 cup crumbs (panic, vegan)
  • vegetable oil (to shallow fry)
  • steamed rice (to serve)
  • sliced shallots (or spring onions to serve)
