Very tasty! Made wayyy more than four servings though. I fed 8 with the tacos stuffed fat. Other than that it’s exactly what you would expect. I used flour tortillas and filled them with the meat and cheese and the pan fried them. Then stuffed with all the toppings. It was excellent.

Was very good. I used a fresh salsa from a market and it created a lot of liquid in end product but slotted spoon fixed that.
I’m making more and trying pressure cooking method so stay tuned

These are super easy to make and really tasty, but quite salty. I'll be making my own seasoning next time and omitting the salt. The salsa already has plenty for this meal.
