Didn't crock pot it. Roasted potatoes in oven with same seasonings. Sprayed a deep pan and melted butter and fried up pork chops using same seasonings and finished in oven. Removed chops from pan and deglazed with fire roasted diced tomatoes and mixed in a steamed bag of birds eye protein blends Italian style and mixed in the potatoes. Topped the chops with the tomato mixture. Delicious.
