  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. paprika

  • 1 tsp. ginger (dried)
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. garlic (dried)
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley (finely chopped)

    This was so good. I would definitely make it again. It was relatively easy to make and unlike anything I’ve had before. I was rushed so I just served it with a packaged pasta. I could see where serving this with rice or mashed potatoes would really make a huge difference (for the better). This would be an awesome dish to make for company.

    Fam of 4 with 2 young boys and everybody liked it. Definitely recommend serving on basmati rice with golden raisins in it. Everybody agreed the chicken spice rub flavors were better than the veggies.

    This dish has amazing flavor. Made it with newly purchased Dutch oven. This is my new favorite recipe and it is quick and easy to make. I followed recipes as is and love the results. Will definitely make dish again.

    It was delicious didn’t have onion so just sprinkled some onion powder and still turned out delicious I would definitely say it’s good for a cold night

    Delicious. Used a green bell pepper instead of red, simply because it’s what I had on hand. Skipped garlic powder in the spice mix as well. Still great! Just the right amount of heat.
