    absolutely delicious! i made this on a day when we were hit with a huge snow storm and it was a hit. the spice level was just right and the dr. pepper made the meat so tender and flavorful. i paired it with cornbread muffins for a hearty meal. will make again!

    Loved it!! The extra Dr Pepper with the cornmeal is a good idea too! Had to make 2 versions though - since half the peeps I live with are spicy lightweighs … received their approval too!
