Directions
- Fill a Dutch oven with water and bring to a boil. If the water boils before you're ready to cook the noodles, reduce it to a simmer and cover.
- Unwrap the tofu, drain, and wrap in a kitchen towel. Set the tofu bundle between two plates and put a can of tomatoes on top. Let stand for 5 minutes, then unwrap.
- Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch cubes. Cut the green onions into 1-inch pieces. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the sriracha, tamari, agave, and oil. Set aside.

Very tasty, but definitely spicy!

It was liked, however I definitely would not recommend this dish to those sensitive to spice.

Too hot
I had to spruce up the flavor with garlic, fish sauce, lime juice and corn starch I’m not going to make it again

The noodles were good but a little more sauce would have been better. We didn’t really enjoy the plain tofu though. Could have used a sweet sauce for the tofu to balance against the spicy.

Turned out pretty solid. I felt that the sauce amount was lacking and could have easily been doubled. Was great with added sesame oil, garlic, and fish sauce.

Delicious.
I almost did not add spiciness but it was delicious.

Turned out amazing! It’s a bit spicy for me but would gladly make again with a little less sriracha

Wonderful! I added a few things to fit my taste (like garlic) but this was delicious and super easy to make! Also, my boyfriend and I will definitely have leftovers which is always good lol :)

I fried extra tofu and added mixed veggies. I left out the Sriracha due to one of my kids being against spicy food. This was a tasty recipe. Those that wanted spicy added Sriracha and it was awesome. Highly recommend

I’m a Yummly employee so am partial, but I thought this was delicious and easy, and I like that it’s vegan. Next time l try it I’ll go down on the sriracha (it was a little too spicy for us) and will either use fewer noodles or make more tofu.

Not bad at all! Super easy to make and tastes great. Next time i would add more vegetables to make it more encompassing.

This sauce is a good base for all sorts of asian noodle recipes. Add a tablespoon of minced garlic and substitute half the the oil with seasame oil. Mix in some peeled shrimp and carrots to make it go a little further.
Definitely plan on hanging on to this one.
