Delicious! I only had two bananas so I halved the recipe and baked it for 30 min; it came out perfectly. The brown sugar on top is a must.

It turned out good. I turned the bread into muffins but it was still just as good I’m sure. It wasn’t too sweet and they were fresh for up to four days.

I have made this MANY times now and it’s always wonderful. I do adjust the cinnamon a little bit more to our taste and either use extra bananas or applesauce instead of adding the butter. It ends up tasting like a banana candy. We like it both ways and sometimes use butter and sometimes not. I have found the best way for me to reheat this (especially if not using butter) is in the air fryer. Often, the top will become too moist when left overnight (when you don’t use butter) and a minute or two in the air fryer helps it re-solidify to the original texture. It will dry out the sides some though, which is perfectly fine with my family.

Great recipe. I do everything except add sugar on top, however next time I’ll use white sugar to see how it comes out!

Turned out great! Only thing I did different is I didn’t cook it as long because the bottom was starting to over cook.
What we didn’t eat after it first came out turned into a great breakfast for the hubby that week!

Fabulously awesomeness I added just a swirl of maple syrup and crushed corn flakes and did I say yummy?
OMG bake a little under the 65 minutes more like 50. Depends on oven just keep an eye on it cuz the moist the merrier! Share it up and give it a twist of your own!

The recipe is very easy to follow. The banana bread turned out pretty good except it was not sweet at all even though I followed the recipe exactly using 3/4 cup brown sugar. Any thoughts on what I might have done wrong?

This banana bread is always a hit in my house. It never lasts more than 2 days! Lol

Great! I added lemon zest to the mashed bananas and nutmeg to the cinnamon. I also substituted the butter for "I can't believe..." And used about two thirds of the amount of sugar as white sugar because I didn't have enough brown.
