    I’ll use brown sugars next time, white sugar just doesn’t have the same effect. I forgot about the walnuts and added them at the last second... Cooked in my slow cooker for 3.5 hours on high, very moist. Added cinnamon sugar on top for a little crunch.

    Loved the taste and texture. I made the following changes: for flour, used 1/2 unbleached flour and 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour; and, replaced half of the sugar with stevia.

    Very moist and delicious. I also added vanilla and cinnamon. I only baked it for 50 minutes and it came out perfectly.

    It was so good! It was moist and flavorful. I added a tsp of cinnamon because I love the flavor and it worked really well! Will definitely make again!

    I really liked this recipe! It was easy and it tasted great (very moist, with no mayo taste at all)! I have a hot oven and so I only cooked this for 45 minutes and I substituted chocolate chips for the nuts. Next time I might add some vanilla, but overall I was really pleased with this recipe! Great for a baking beginner like myself.
