So easy and with ingredients I always have on hand, thank God! Moist bread and delicious. I too added cinnamon and vanilla extract. Just my favorites.

I’ve made this twice. Easy and delicious. I used brown sugar, vanilla, pecans and Girandeli dark chocolate squares (chopped). I like to use up extra chocolate in my recipes instead of packaged chocolate chips. Adds different texture and bolder flavors. This recipe is now my go to banana bread. Thanks.

I’ll use brown sugars next time, white sugar just doesn’t have the same effect. I forgot about the walnuts and added them at the last second... Cooked in my slow cooker for 3.5 hours on high, very moist. Added cinnamon sugar on top for a little crunch.

Loved the taste and texture. I made the following changes: for flour, used 1/2 unbleached flour and 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour; and, replaced half of the sugar with stevia.

Very moist and delicious. I also added vanilla and cinnamon. I only baked it for 50 minutes and it came out perfectly.

It was so good! It was moist and flavorful. I added a tsp of cinnamon because I love the flavor and it worked really well! Will definitely make again!

I really liked this recipe! It was easy and it tasted great (very moist, with no mayo taste at all)! I have a hot oven and so I only cooked this for 45 minutes and I substituted chocolate chips for the nuts. Next time I might add some vanilla, but overall I was really pleased with this recipe! Great for a baking beginner like myself.
