Solid base recipe. I added a generous amount of fine sea salt, pepper, and juice from 1/4 of a lemon to brighten it up.

Tasty, and so easy. End of season, and basil can’t be wasted! Thanks!

Amazing! I also substitute the pine nuts with pistachios for my friends who come over for dinner that suffer from tree nut allergies. Try it out! Delicious! I also like to use Garlic Salt vs kosher salt to develop the garlic flavor more. Thanks for the recipe!

With all the excellent reviews I assumed this was going to be perfect the first time. But honestly, I believe there is way too much Parmesan in this. I had to add extra olive oil to thin it out because of how thick it was. I believe it has potential, but I recommend starting with half the cheese and adding more as necessary.

Slight changes to recipe to account for my smaller amount of basil, really easy and tasty.

I only had a few basil leaves, so I just guessed at the measurements to make enough for 1-2 servings. It was delicious! My first attempt at pesto.

Easy but brilliant. I made keto fettuccine and topped it with the pesto. I'll definitely make it again!

I used my NutriBullet and cut the recipe in half since I didn't think I would use it all in one week. I also added a little salt and cayenne pepper.

Classic pesto I remember from my time in Italy. I added a little more garlic, fresh ground sea salt & black pepper to taste. Going on pizza tomorrow night for dinner
