Good. I'll probably be using less lemon next time and had to cook the sauce a little bit, because it was too runny

Simple and easy to make. Good quantity for 3 people. Quite tasty. Will do it again

this was a great holondaise recipe, the butter has to be cooked just right though so it is thick.

Easy to make and did not take long at all!

Amazing recipe that was simple to make.

It seemed too thick the night when we put it on our eggs it melted to be too thin. The taste was good though.

Yum- I went a little slower and longer with the blender and this was my first ever successful Hollandaise.

I really liked the consistency of this sauce. It had a strong buttery flavour if you prefer your hollandaise to be on the buttery side.

It was very good! A bit butter but good

the consistency was perfect. flavor, not very good. the butter flavor was too strong and even though i used unsalted butter it was salty. followed the directions exactly and consider myself a pretty good home cook. it was disappointing.

Great! I added dash of hot sauce, not cayenne, extra lemon and egg yoke but left the butter as indicated and it turned out creamy and light, not at all runny. Perfect consistency! I will use this recipe again for sure!!

This one of the best recipes for hollandaise sauce I’ve tried. I added a little extra lemon and a little extra cayenne and the husband and the kid were in love. Mind you I have a kid that doesn’t eat anything. I also used salted butter. Way better! I also used a hand held blender and not a stand up. The more it sits the better.

Okay so with everyone saying how fool proof this is I’ll share my failure story LOL. I made this today and I know I did something wrong along the way but when I added the butter into the mixture it never got creamy it was just a very watery consistency. So then in my attempt to save it I boiled water in a pot and poured the hollandaise into a metal bowl and tried whisking it.. okay almost liked like separated oil and scrambled eggs.. then I almost gave up and added 2 tablespoons of boiling water and whisked my life away and to my surprising unfaithful eyes it turned into the most beautiful sauce !!! Seriously I was in disbelief haha but it worked nonetheless ! Moral of the story don’t give up!

Easy to make and it was a hit. Much better than a powdered mix and didn’t take much more effort.

So fast and delicious! Unfortunately I didn’t have any cayenne but it was still delicious Can’t wait to make it again!

I only used 8 tbs of butter and did end up thinning it out with a bit of water. Maybe a little too much lemon I think I'll half it next time.

Very good! And easy. I put less butter - 130 g and it turned out delicious.

Easiest and quickest recipe indeed!

This hollandaise recipe worked out great. It was smooth and creamy with just a slight lemony flavor. I didn’t rush to make it. Very slowly melted the butter, let the yokes sit in the lemon juice in the blender for 20-30 minutes and let the butter cool down a bit before adding to the yokes and lemon juice. We used it on Eggs Benedict (with home smoked Canadian bacon) and it was fabulous. We have enough left over to pour over our fresh asparagus for tomorrow nights dinner. Thanks!

i have never tasted hollandaise sauce before, neither has my wife. we agreed this tastes, awesome and ead not hard at all. i used my immersion blender and it worked great. wonderful on asparagus, going to do fish this week and that might mean slightly more lemon.
thanks for awesome recipe.

I made eggs benedict for Easter. My family came home for the hollandaise.

Would like it a bit more lemony but was nice and smooth. Next tume maybe a sprinkle of lemon pepper to finish.

Really easy and turned out great with a bit of added water.
