- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. bourbon (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. chili pepper flakes (for low-medium spice)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. grated ginger (minced/, or 1 frozen cube, or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)

- 2 green onions (chopped)

We loved this! We paired it with cilantro lime rice and it was delicious.

Was great! I added more seasoning to my chicken (garlic onion powders and sea salt) also did more sauce. But overall amazing…paired w jasmine rice broccoli and rolls.

It was very flavorful! I skipped the cornstarch coating and just browned the chicken naturally. I only used a generous tablespoon of brown sugar and it was plenty. I will make this again
