- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese (package of, softened)
- 1 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 2 TBS water, slurry)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed, you can use rotisserie chicken or canned chicken or leftover chicken breast)

Just made this tonight, it was a hit with my family. It had great flavor. I only used 4 oz of cream cheese and it still turned out perfect.
